New design of zig zag air classifier for Fine Remain or PET bottle
washing and Label Separation from Plastic Flakes is using the
airflow separation principle, divides a mixed material stream into
two homogeneous streams.This alternating airflow creates a dynamic
environment where particles with different densities, sizes, and
shapes are separated based on their aerodynamic properties. Sorting
the lighter from heavier materials after crushing. As the mixed
material stream enters the classifier, this is an upward air valve
extraction system ensures that lighter, micronized materials are
blown upwards and exit the sorting chamber separately. Heavier
materials, on the other hand, exit at the bottom, ensuring precise
and efficient separation. Lable separator or Airlower separator
particularly useful in scenarios where fine particles and labels
need to be separated from a mixed stream of materials for further
processing or disposal.
